To enable contractors to ‘log in’ to the portal to pick up tickets and respond to you (they can’t communicate directly with the client) you need to create a new user for them.
When setting them up:
- Ensure you create them as contractors
- Assign them to the developments they might work on
- Select the contractor they correspond to in CRM from the drop-down list
- and then, if they are a supervisor, give them permission to see other contractors tickets (by adding those contractors names in the list).
