How do I create a customer in the portal?

To create a customer in the portal, they must first have a reservation set up.

Then, you can create the user in the portal by going to:

[Contact Page] > [Actions] > [Create Portal User]

Once done, you will need to go into the portal and create a password for the user. Our customers then tend to send custom emails to welcome customers to the system.

Depending on how you’ve asked us to set up the system, customers can then edit/manage their choices and extras, as well as adding defects, post-completion date.
